Centre of Excellence in Education & Health Care

Buddha health care & Higher Education, Pharmacy &Nursing College, Ranchi, was incepted in 2023 by the Leela Mandal group of colleges and is attached to various Hospitals which is a Super speciality referral hospital with modern facilities and service having an inpatient capacity of 550+ beds. The pharmacy college is approved by the All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE) New Delhi and Government of Jharkhand and the PHARMACY COUNCIL OF INDIA (PCI CODE:9306).

The Trust also runs various other Para-medical institutions such as The College of Nursing providing B. Sc and M. Sc (Nursing), College of Paramedical Sciences providing B. Sc (MLT), Diploma in Operation Theatre Technology (DOTT) & Diploma in Radiological Techniques (DRT) courses.

The college boasts of a solid infrastructure with spacious well-furnished classrooms, fully equipped laboratories, and a voluminous library multi-dimensioned with broadband internet facility, reading room and reprography. It is also provided with modern teaching aids which stand testimony to the far-sighted vision of creating value through knowledge to promote culture, philosophy & education for the benefit of the members of all communities.

nursing

Course Description

The duration of the course for B.Sc Nursing shall be 4 years including internship. The course commences from 1st august of the academic year. University examinations are conducted at the end of the year (non semester pattern). Medium of instruction is English for all the subjects of the study and for examination. Buddha health care & Higher Education, Pharmacy &Nursing College, Ranchi, provides rich clinical experience and students will be posted in different hospitals with whom we have tie up for the same.

anm & gnm

Auxiliary Nurse Midwifery (Nursing) course is a 12^th standard Medical Nursing course. It deals with the field of science and covers healthcare profession focused on the care of individuals, families, and communities so they may attain, maintain, or recover optimal health and quality of life from conception to death.

GNM program is meant to prepare general nurses who can efficiently perform as members of the health team and capable of dealing the contingencies in both the hospitals and other such organizations.
